If your game is not working properly, we will determine if the problem is in the wiring, the board or the monitor. We will only replace the board or monitor as a last resort. Our aim is always to fix it by narrowing it down to a particular component and replacing it. Replacing a component is a lot less expensive for the customer than replacing the board or monitor! In layman's terms, we are not 'board pullers' or 'wire wigglers'. We know what we are doing. We have indepth knowledge of electronics. We believe that if a person does not truly know electronics, they have no business 'repairing' someone's game. It is simply not fair to the customer.
