Our end caps are a safe and smooth surface intended to cover and protect the exposed ends of your extrusion. They install by inserting into the profile ends using a soft-faced mallet. To create a cap that sits flush with your extrusion be sure to cut the length of extrusion 4mm shorter.
These plastic endcaps are a great way to finish your T-Slotted Aluminum Extrusion projects. These Endcaps come with the plastic push-in built in to the cap. These parts are BRAND NEW, and are deeply discounted from the list price. Ready Tube End Cap (2 items) Standard T-Slot Cover (12 items) Reduction T-Slot Cover (4 items). Partition End Caps are designed with a “T” slotted flange to create straight-to-curve arches by simply cutting the ends of 'T' slots where arches or curve is desired. This product provides time (cost) savings through single-piece installation versus installing two corner beads. You also use less compound than two corner bead applications.
